Guns N' Roses parts ways with drummer Frank Ferrer after 19 years

(KTLA) – Guns N' Roses member Frank Ferrer, the longest-tenured drummer in the history of the group, is leaving the band.

Guns N' Roses announced the news Wednesday on Instagram, assuring fans that it was an "amicable exit."

"The band thanks Frank for his friendship, creativity, and sturdy presence over the past 19 years and wish him success in the next chapter of his musical journey," reads a statement attributed to the band.
