PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Authorities have identified the victim of a deadly shooting at an apartment complex in Portland’s Hazelwood neighborhood on March 9.
A medical examiner determined that Kevin Rhinehart, 33, died of homicide by gunshot wound at the Cascade Crossings apartment complex near 10500 E. Burnside after the shooting around 7 p.m.
Oregon officials host town hall for fired federal employees
No suspects were arrested at the time of the shooting, and an investigation remains ongoing.
