The White House has produced and posted a video made up of multiple Democrats decrying the harm a federal government shutdown causes for everyday Americans – even as Minority Leader Chuck Schumer this week has suggested that a shutdown is exactly what his party will cause by failing to support the continuing resolution passed by the House of Representatives.
