Cool and cloudy today with scattered showers

Chilly to cool in Acadiana this Wednesday under cloudy skies. Temperatures are starting in the upper 40s to low 50s followed by highs near 56°. A sprinkle or two is possible through the day but rain chances increase late in the afternoon. Scattered showers become more widespread during the evening hours. Clearing skies and colder weather returns tonight.

Milder weather is in the forecast for Thursday and Friday. We are still on track for a strong cold front to move through Acadiana Saturday morning.
