APD: Officer on leave in connection with Lockhart shooting

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- An Austin Police Department officer has been placed on administrative leave following a shooting that happened in Lockhart over the weekend, the agency said in a news release Wednesday. Police said they shot their department-approved firearm during the shooting.
