Pilot program provides delivery trucks with safe zones
NEW YORK (PIX11) -- According to the New York City Department of Transportation, more than 80 percent of New Yorkers receive a package weekly, and more than 40 percent 4 times a week.
With that in mind, a new program will go into effect to get those big trucks off the roads and give them a designated location to complete those deliveries in a safe and environmentally friendly way.
