My moods are all over the place since I unexpectedly lost my dad

DEAR DEIDRE: MY moods are all over the place since my lovely dad died five months ago. One minute I can be happy and laughing and then sobbing hysterically the next.

I am a 35-year-old woman. My dad unexpectedly died due to complications of the flu.

It shocked me to the core at the time and to be honest it still does. I cry whenever I think about him. He was only 62.
