Mentioned this the other day to a mate. Now that really was a noisy crowd.. as we were at Wembley for the final. Possibly louder than any game against that lot.
There is juxtaposition here against the train journey back from Wembley which was mostly stunned silence. I think both games had drained us and there really was a sense of shock.
