Relief against customs duty payment issues for international travellers; new advisory for stuck payments

Customs payment through ICEGATE: Since April 2023 the Customs duty payment have to be made through the ICEGATE portal if its being made online. However for those payments which were although made successfully but failed ultimately due to any error, the customs department has come up with refund guidelines. Now such refunds must be made within 60 days.
