Delhi gangsters are going abroad to make extortion calls and evade police. Dinesh Karala's gang made calls from abroad and fired shots at relatives' homes to pressure targets. The police have caught one gang member and are searching for others. Karala is running the gang from jail, targeting various illegal businesses and recruiting unemployed youth.
