Biden touts a ‘stronger’ America because of his foreign policy

President Joe Biden laid out his foreign policy doctrine Monday in a just a week before he leaves office. He laid out his argument for staying the course just days before the return of President-elect Donald Trump, who has vowed to steer the ship in a different direction. VOA’s Anita Powell reports.
