NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Although daytime temperatures are rising, overnight lows will fall below freezing for the rest of the week.
Nighttime temperatures are expected to reach the mid-20s until the end of the week. The bitter cold has prompted the Department of Homeless Services to issue a Code Blue until 8 a.m. Monday.
