Third Eye: All geared up for Z-Morh tunnel's inauguration & UP govt proposes 'no helmet, no fuel' policy

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the Z-Morh tunnel on Srinagar-Leh highway. The tunnel will ensure all-weather connectivity to tourists via Sonamarg. The J&K administration will provide traditional gifts to the PM. Additionally, the Uttar Pradesh government has proposed a policy whereby riders without helmets will not be sold fuel to reduce road accidents.
