Delhi election: Congress highlighting achievements of Sheila Dikshit govt

Congress is concentrating its campaign on highlighting the achievements during Sheila Dikshit's 15-year rule and promoting new welfare schemes such as Jeevan Raksha Yojana and Pyaari Didi Yojana.
