Congress is concentrating its campaign on highlighting the achievements during Sheila Dikshit's 15-year rule and promoting new welfare schemes such as Jeevan Raksha Yojana and Pyaari Didi Yojana. They aim to counter AAP’s 'misgovernance' and the role of BJP in the current state of Delhi. Polling is scheduled for February 5.
