Former Ohio Supreme Court justice honored with portraiture ceremony

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- A special ceremony took place Friday in downtown Columbus, honoring retired Ohio Supreme Court Justice Evelyn Lundberg Stratton with a portrait dedication.
