Jobstreet report: Supportive, holistic work environment key to retaining talent

MANILA, Philippines – More Filipino workers are looking for a stable work environment that can offer various upskilling opportunities, according to a report by Jobstreet by SEEK.

The Decoding Global Talent Report: GenAI Edition found that around 40% of Filipino workers are willing to set aside time to learn new skills at least once a week. It also said that Filipino workers are most interested in developing their analytical and project management skills, among others.
