Albany Water Department to conduct smoke testing

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Albany Department of Water & Water Supply will be conducting smoke testing in parts of the city on Tuesday. The testing comes as the department runs a study of the sewer system to identify breaks or defects.
