AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin Police responded to a bomb threat call Friday morning in the parking lot of a northwest Austin H-E-B.
APD said police responded to the H-E-B on FM 620 Road near 4 Points Drive around 8:13 a.m. Friday and found an unoccupied, "suspicious" vehicle in the parking lot.
APD's explosive disposal team was investigating the scene. As of 11:32 a.m., APD said its Bomb Squad determined the item was not an explosive device.
According to police, one person was in custody related to the incident.
