How to attract more foreign investments? Stakeholders suggest some methods

Industry and law firms propose increasing FDI cap for R&D and security agencies, liberalising rules for agriculture and plantations, and streamlining investment regulations from China. These suggestions were discussed during a consultation with DPIIT ahead of the Union Budget to make the investment regime more attractive. Procedural simplifications to enhance FDI flows were also sought.
