Holcim names chairman Jenisch as CEO and chairman of North American spin-off

Holcim has appointed Jan Jenisch as chairman and CEO of its North American company after its spin-off. The separation is expected to be completed by mid-2025 with a potential value of $30 billion. Holcim aims to capitalise on the North American infrastructure boom. Kim Fausing will replace Jenisch as chairman of the remaining business.
