Make no mistake. No player is more central to the Chicago Bears coaching search than Caleb Williams. They know the next coach must be able to develop him into the star he’s capable of being. Anybody who presents a half-baked plan on that front isn’t likely to get far in the interview process. Many insiders have suggested Kliff Kingsbury is an obvious favorite for the job. He’s an offensive specialist who just helped Jayden Daniels to a Rookie of the Year season. More importantly, he knows Williams.
