TOPEKA (KSNT) - The Topeka Zoo & Conservation Center will take Christmas trees for a few more days after a weekend blizzard may have made it hard to travel.
The Topeka Zoo posted on social media that Christmas tree drop off has been extended after the capital city received more than 14 inches of snow on Jan. 5. The deadline to drop of trees is now Sunday, Jan. 12.
