It's 'not possible to keep up' with Elon Musk's lies anymore: analysis

Political analyst Kevin Drum on Thursday took stock of X owner Elon Musk's promotion of falsehoods about the fires decimating California, and came away with the unsettling conclusion that his lies are becoming too numerous and fast to debunk.

Writing at his Jabberwocking blog, Drum ran down multiple false claims Musk promoted about the fire, including claims about emergency water tanks being emptied before the fire began and the city of Los Angeles supposedly slashing its fire department budget.
