A TERRIFYING 80mph “Devil’s wind” is set to fuel the Los Angeles wildfires this weekend as “biblical” gales will bring more devastation.

Some 130,000 people have been forced to evacuate their homes and 2,000 buildings have been burnt as the city battles five uncontrolled fires.
