Special Events: Grateful Dead tribute band and Toledo Zoo party highlight Sunday and Monday

Come to Toledo’s own Grateful Dead shrine/bar the Golden Road for a evening of Dead Head music courtesy of renown cover band Being Grateful on Sunday at 6 p.m. (doors at 5 p.m.). Being Grateful specializes in performing the music made famous by the late great Jerry Garcia and his band of merry jam-band pranksters. Being Grateful previously performed at the Golden Road during Halloween weekend and had such a great time they’re back for more. The Golden Road is located at 3560 Dorr St. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door.
