Paxton continues lawsuit against Pfizer regarding vaccine efficiency

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a notice of appeal on Wednesday to continue his lawsuit against Pfizer Inc., for its alleged "unlawful misrepresentations concerning the COVID-19 vaccine."

The case was previously dropped by a federal district court. The judge claimed that the federal government had given Pfizer immunity through the Public Readiness and Emergency Act, the release said.
