PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The suspect in a Thanksgiving Day crash that resulted in two deaths was booked into jail this week after being released from the hospital under police custody, authorities said.
Portland man Kim Hien Nguyen, 60, is accused of two counts of second-degree manslaughter and driving under the influence of intoxicants, among other charges, the Portland Police Bureau said.
