Data breach impacting Pittsfield Public Schools

PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) -- At least one local school district is looking into cybersecurity breaches that is impacting a technology company that provides services to schools around the world.

Pittsfield Public Schools said it was notified on Tuesday about a breach that happened in December involving PowerSchool, a company that serves as the district's student information system provider.
