Troy woman charged with negligent homicide for fatal Selkirk crash
SELKIRK, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Bethlehem Police reported that a Troy woman was charged with criminally negligent homicide on Tuesday in connection to a fatal crash in Selkirk. Jacklyn Parker, 24, was initially charged in August 2024 with operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs.

On August 19, 2024, Parker collided with a car on River Road after allegedly crossing over into the opposite lane of traffic.
