Road ministry to extend cashless treatment facility for road accident victims pan-India
The government plans to extend cashless treatment for road accident victims across India after successful pilot projects. The driver training policy was also unveiled to meet the demand for drivers. The government aims to regulate driver work hours to prevent accidents. Additionally, grants will be provided for driver training institutes and guidelines for e-rickshaw star ratings will be introduced.
