Bronx all-senior NYCHA building has inconsistent heat
THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) -- Some older residents in the Bronx say they would rather sleep outside than inside their NYCHA building.
Some residents are cold in their homes again this winter due to inconsistent heat. A community leader is calling it a public health emergency.
