ASK Property Fund and India Sotheby’s International Realty launches luxury real estate focused AIF

ASK Property Fund and India Sotheby’s International Realty plan to raise Rs 1,000 crore with an additional Rs 500 crore option. They will launch India’s first luxury real estate investment platform. The fund will invest in high-end residential projects in major cities and premium holiday destinations. The first close is planned for Q1 of FY 2026.
