Sports briefs: Former San Marin standout Ingrassia commits to Cal

Former San Marin High quarterback Dominic Ingrassia announced via social media on Monday that he has committed to play for Cal next season.

Ingrassia led San Marin to a state title in 2022 then led the College of San Marin to a state title at the JuCo level this past season.

Ingrassia threw for 2,500 yards with 35 touchdowns and 10 interceptions during his junior season in 2022, helping the Mustangs claim their second consecutive state title following a 32-8 win against Granada Charter.
