Disney to combine Hulu + Live TV business into Fubo

Walt Disney Co and FuboTV are merging their online live TV businesses. Disney will hold 70% of the new combined company, which will be led by the current Fubo management. Fubo has also settled its legal disputes with Disney and ESPN regarding Venu Sports. The major media companies are appealing a court ruling that blocked Venu's launch.
