Are neighborhood roads plowed for winter storm?

TOPEKA (KSNT) - Residents across Northeast Kansas and the Midwest are amidst a strong winter storm with wind speeds up to 30 mph.

Intense snow fall has completely covered neighborhood roads, side walks, and driveways.

Yesterday, Jan. 4, city spokesman, Daniel Garret, told 27 News that city workers have been treating roads accordingly.
