Sydney pitch: Gambhir praises spicy and result-oriented wicket, Gavaskar calls it "not ideal"

Sunil Gavaskar criticized the SCG pitch and said it was not ideal for a Test match. Gautam Gambhir praised the wicket for being spicy and result-oriented. The first three days saw bowlers dominate the match with many dismissals. Gavaskar also noted that other countries would criticize such a pitch if it was in India.
