One dead after three-vehicle crash in Youngsville, police say

YOUNGSVILLE, La. (KLFY) -- One person is dead after a three-vehicle crash this afternoon on Lafayette Street, according to the Youngsville Police Department.

The crash was reported at around 1:45 p.m. in the 600 block of Lafayette Street.

Responding officers located a three-vehicle crash with injuries. One of the drivers was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation by the Youngsville Police Department with the assistance of the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office.
