New coach Morgan Wijay wants to see Harvard-Westlake girls volleyball return to being an elite program

Morgan Wijay is approaching her new job as the Harvard-Westlake girls volleyball coach with a growth mindset.

The decision to join the Wolverines comes after spending the last 10 years at Bishop Alemany and creates a full-circle moment. Harvard-Westlake is where Wijay began her coaching career.

“I love my Alemany family so much and the players and my administration and the community,” she said. “It was a really hard decision for me, but I just felt like this is a good place for growth.
