Weil Arcade Food Park a testament to Hillsboro's resilience 3 years after devasting fire

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three years ago, on January 2, 2022, a devastating fire at Weil Arcade in downtown Hillsboro claimed a life and destroyed multiple businesses.

The building was the historic site of the more than 100-year-old Weil's Department Store. While the structure itself is now gone, the location has transformed since the fire, rising from the ashes with a brand new flavor.
