TOPEKA (KSNT) - The City of Topeka is bracing for expected winter weather this weekend.
City of Topeka spokesman Dan Garrett said in a press release that the Public Works Department is monitoring weather forecasts for the weekend of Jan. 4-5. He said the path of the storm is still uncertain as of Jan. 2 but work crews are taking steps now to get ready for possible snow and ice.
