Gunman who killed at least 12 people in shooting rampage in Montenegro dies by suicide

A gunman in Montenegro shot at least 12 people, including two children, before killing himself surrounded by police. The shooter was involved in a bar brawl and later killed more people at different locations. The government has declared three days of national mourning for the tragedy.
