DC Department of Transportation Scrambles After Outrage Over “Keep DC Trash Free” Transit Ads in Washington DC Likening Trump Supporters to Garbage

Anti-Trump advertisements, likening Trump and his supporters to garbage, were displayed on Washington DC transit signs recently, causing outrage from conservatives and invoking a response from the government attempting to distance itself from the ads. 

This is reminiscent of Biden calling Trump supporters “garbage” during a campaign Zoom call before the election as Kamala Harris delivered a speech at the Ellipse in DC.
