Pakistani Media: Eight Afghan Taliban fighters killed in border clashes

Pakistani media reports have stated that eight Taliban fighters were killed following an attack on border posts along the Durand Line.

The Dawn newspaper reported on Sunday, December 29, citing security sources, that in the clashes, one Pakistani soldier was killed and 11 others were injured, while the Afghan Taliban claimed that 19 Pakistani soldiers were killed during the retaliatory attacks.
