Texas AG orders preservation of border wall materials for Trump

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The office of Attorney General Ken Paxton said it "secured a victory" for President-elect Donald Trump during a hearing on Friday before a federal judge aimed at preventing the Biden administration from disposing any border wall materials over the next month, a news release from Paxton's office said.

Trump will use those materials "as he sees fit," the release said, and the Biden Administration confirmed in the court Friday it agreed to the order.
