Endangered Missing Advisory for 50-year-old Oklahoma City man
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for a man last seen in Oklahoma City.
According to OHP, 50-year-old Ricky Joe Tharp was last seen on Friday, December 20, with his Goldendoodle service dog.

Officials say Tharp is 6'0," 175 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Tharp has several medical conditions and left home without his medication.
