'Why put yourself through that torture?' Kari Lake says she won't run again
Kari Lake has lost two campaigns in a row and said she probably won't run again.
Speaking to the far-right TurningPoint USA conference last weekend, the Arizona Republic quoted Lake telling the crowd, “I am gonna go help President Trump in Washington, D.C. That’s what I’m gonna do."
Lake spent several years claiming Trump won Arizona in 2020 and the election was stolen. Then, when she lost in the governor's race in 2022, she used the same idea to claim that her election was "rigged" too.
