POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A Poughkeepsie man was shot and arrested after city police said he would not drop a weapon pointed at police; an unarmed bystander was also shot at the scene. Kevin Fitzpatrick, 41, faces multiple charges.
