A woman has been arrested on suspicion of murdering a man early Christmas morning.
Staffordshire Police were called to a report of a man in his 30s suffering a cardiac arrest in Norton Canes, Cannock, around 3.30 am.
He died at the scene shortly afterwards.
A 33-year-old woman is being held in custody and questioned.
The man’s family have been informed, with a post-mortem scheduled for tomorrow morning.
