Nebraska's governor has been hospitalized in an intensive care unit after he was "bucked off" a horse, leaving him with broken vertebrae and ribs and a spleen injury, according to reports.
Gov. Jim Pillen, 68, was horseback riding with members of his family when he was thrown Sunday, NBC News reported. Pillen was rushed to a hospital “out of an abundance of caution” and then taken to a separate hospital.
