Uttarakhand chief secretary Radha Raturi expresses strong displeasure at districts for missing NCORD meetings

Uttarakhand chief secretary Radha Raturi reprimanded district magistrates for failing to organize district-level NCORD meetings. She directed compulsory monthly meetings, installation of CCTVs in medical stores, and digitization of records. Separate budgets for de-addiction centres and establishment of anti-drugs committees in educational institutions were also instructed. Officials were warned of adverse entries in case of future negligence.
